VA Nations Baseball Tournament Refund Policy
In efforts to keep the
integrity of the program, these policies set forth will be used in all Nations
Baseball events in Virginia.
Ø When entering events, it is the team manager’s responsibility to email the Director notifying him that your team is not coming to an event before or after the cutoff. Once game times have been posted, your team is responsible for the full amount of the entry fee.
Ø If an event is cancelled due to lack of teams, there will be a 100% refund. It will be the team’s decision if they want to transfer the fee to another event with the Director or get a full refund. All refunds will be processed and postmarked by the Director no later than (7) Days after the scheduled completion date of the event.
Ø 4 teams or more after the cut-off date will be considered an event and these policies will follow.
Ø If a team drops out of an event (7) Days prior to the start of the event, the team will be refunded their full entry fee. It will be the Team Manager’s responsibility or team representative to send an official email to the Director by the cut-off date. If this procedure is not followed, the State Director may not enforce the full refund policy as stated above due to the breach of communication between the Team Manager & Director after the cut-off date. All refunds will be processed and postmarked by the Director no later than (7) Days after the scheduled completion date of the event.

If a team drops out of an event less than (7)
days prior to the start of the event and game times haven’t been posted,
there will be a $75.00 administrative fee deducted from their entry fee. The
team will then be refunded the remaining balance of their entry fee. As
a reminder, once game times have been posted, your team is responsible
for the full amount of the entry fee.
