INCLEMENT WEATHER REFUND POLICY

 

 

In the event of inclement weather, please note that it is a courtesy for the Director to use a facility and it is the Field Owner(s) decision to allow field maintenance, materials, or any other work on a field.  If the field is deemed not playable and games have to be rescheduled or cancelled, please refer to the refund policies listed below.

 

If all pool games are played on Saturday and Sunday’s bracket games are cancelled due to inclement weather – Tournament Champions & Final seeding will be determined by pool games played on Saturday by current Nations Baseball tiebreaker rules.

 

If all pool games are cancelled on Saturday and Sunday’s Bracket are rescheduled - seeding will be determined by current Nations Baseball points.  In the event two or more teams do not have current Nations Baseball points, the Director will draw from the lowest sanction number to the highest sanction number.  ** See refund policies below.

 

All refunds will be processed and postmarked by the Director no later than (7) days after the scheduled completion date of the event.

 

Team Managers will have the option to transfer the refund as a credit to another event or get a refund back if they choose. 

 

If an event is cancelled completely due to inclement weather, all teams playing in the event will receive a 75% refund.

 

If a team plays less than 1 game they will receive a 75% refund.

 

 

3 GAME FORMATS 

 

Ø  If a team plays 1 Game, they will receive a 50% refund.   

Ø  If a team starts their 1st game, they will receive a 50% refund.

Ø  Once a team starts their second game, there will be no refunds.

 

4 GAME FORMATS

 

Ø  If a team plays 1 Game, they will receive a 50% refund.

Ø  If a team starts their 1st game, they will receive a 50% refund.

Ø  If a team plays 2 Games, they will receive a 25% refund.

Ø  If a team starts their 2nd game, they will receive a 25% refund.

Ø  Once a team starts their third game, there will be no refunds.

 

6 GAME FORMATS

 

Ø  If a team plays 1 Game, they will receive a 70 % refund.

Ø  If a team starts their 1st game, they will receive a 70% refund.

Ø  If a team plays 2 Games, they will receive a 55% refund.

Ø  If a team starts their 2nd game, they will receive a 55% refund.

Ø  If a team plays 3 Games, they will receive a 40% refund.

Ø  If a team starts their 3rd game, they will receive a 40% refund.

Ø  If a team plays 4 Games, they will receive a 25% refund.

Ø  If a team starts their 4th game, they will receive a 25% refund.

Ø  Once a team starts their Fifth game, there will be no refunds.
